He answered my inquiry quickly, came out to my home at his earliest convenience, and had my lock problems solved on two doors within 15 minutes. He was polite, easy to talk to, and knew what he was doing. I will definitely be using Mike again in the future for any locksmithing needs. A+"

"A delightful experience. Locksmith Mike appeared when promised, made quick work of my nonfunctioning deadbolt. He was more than willing to explain what he was doing (and, thus, educate this customer about the mysteries of the lock). And he charged a ridiculously reasonable service-call fee for the visit, likely half of what your typical applicance repair visit costs. It is worth finding a need for a new lock, or a problem with an existing lock, just to make this gentleman's acquaintance and benefit from his skillful, friendly service. Five stars!"
